Lacourse Builders LLC began operations in January of 2004 as Lacourse Construction Corp. and is owned and managed by Kenneth Lacourse, formally an officer of M&L Construction Co.(since 1989)

Lacourse Builders LLC is located in Marlborough a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. We carry our small town attitude of caring and craftsmanship to each project in Boston proper and surrounding communities, the Cape and Islands, Maine, New Hampshire and other adjacent communities. This individual attention and skill brings to each development a level of professionalism beyond what is found in large city firms.

The company has only been is business for 3 years, but the industry experience within the company exceeds a combined total of 70 years.

This experience, coupled with a low overhead, allows us to complete developments timely, within budget and without time consuming and costly mistakes.

Our personnel have been and are involved in Mid-rise condominium conversions and ground up construction, large specialty homes, subdivisions, malls, retail and office space, industrial buildings, roads and infrastructure, etc. The individuals that makeup the company have some 12 billion dollars of construction experience over their careers.
